Forestry Homeschool Class

Tuesday 12:30-3:30 ($180/mo)

​

Our Forestry Class is a nature and project-based learning alternative education program for young people aged 9-12. We at Farm Hands embrace and promote the holistic development of young people through play, risk-taking and nature connection in a safe and supported, yet challenging setting. Our program aims to support self-esteem, confidence, communication, attitudes to learning and emotional development in a group setting.

This weekly class will include project-based academic experiences, history, hiking, art and design, shelter building, scavenger hunts, rope play, nature crafts, games, storytelling, cooking and lighting fires, and plenty of free time to explore, play and be in nature.
